    tough as coffin nails, now taking his son round sparring hard: Groves and barker in the past few weeks.

    Chris always espused the benefits of sparring and recommended getting a large variety of sparring in order to improve. He always stated that was one of the most important things in training and was one of the crucial things in his improvement. Many british boxers dont get that sparring

    Awesome article.


    He said he was urinating blood for 4 weeks after the Benn fight, due to ruptured organs but also swallowed pints and pints of blood on the night through split tongue.
