If a boxer acts like an ******* on tv he is in fact an *******. Than you *****s start to claim that he is a good person, but he doesn't show it because golden boy persona in his case does not bring enough money. Fair enough, but this statement has consequences. First one is that he is willing to sell his true self in order to earn money and the second one is that he obviously thinks that his fans are low class too if they are willing to buy his invented persona. Did it ever crossed your mind that his good actions could be a part of his persona too? Or you automatically assume that is his real persona?

Lets make a little mental experiment. You are in school and you get beaten up by a good-hearted boy who needs to pretend he is an *******. Is he a good boy or a bad boy ???
