Eubank. He can take Tommy's best, and Tommy will fade somewhere down the line. I'd take a fast starting banger to take Eubank. Think G-Man, not Hearns.
OMG Hearns is in another league than Banks Sr. Hearns comfortably outboxes him perhaps scoring a knockdown. Hearns is a different style of puncher than Benn. Fast and strait down the middle. Banks has nothing to defeat a Tommy Hearns
Hearns would outbox Eubanks outside but when Eubank starts chasing the fight and looks to walk Hearns down can Hearns take Eubanks power? I would say, no, he can't
As always, the lisper is being incredibly overrated around here. Hearns dominates Eubank. Chris wasn't skilled enough to get past Tommy's jab, and he'd get spooked after tasting Hearns' right cross. Eubank poses, swings wildly, and eats the jab all night. MOREOVER, Tommy had a lethal left hook to the body, and Eubank hated body shots. Hearns by wide UD. When oh when will you guys learn that Eubank wasn't in the league of these great fighters?
There you go doing your comparing #### again. Dude you gotta be Mark Ant no way your not. You wanna talk prime for prime which is usually something that doesnt need explaining in hypothetical matchups then I'll repeat Barkley beats the #### out of Banks
You have zero concept of styles it seems. Barkley's whole STYLE was mauling pressure. That wasn't Eubank's style. Eubank was a counterpuncher. No one EVER beat Hearns as a counterpuncher. Even Leonard had to sell out and walk through fire to get Tommy. And I hate to state the obvious, but Eubank was not Leonard in terms of skill, versatility, and determination. Hearns would put Eubank in a shell. Eubank NEVER dealt with that kind of speed and skill, and he wouldn't know to figure it out. His ring IQ was limited.
Eubank is far stronger than Hearns, had an iron chin and 1 punch power that could get to Hearns. Eubank finishes strong in the championship rounds where as Hearns fades down the stretch as we saw against Leonard twice. Eubank also has fast hands and was a great at shot slipping.
