I'd go with Eubank, but I think in typical Chris style he makes it hard for himself and has the odd hairy moment along the way. For all his limitations, Van Horn could delivery a pretty tasty body shot and we know that Eubank, brave and tough though he was, never liked taking them downstairs. Van Horn's willingness and aggression to throw those big shots, matched with Eubank's natural caution and tendency to employ some bizarre tactics (especially if we're talking post-Watson), probably sees Darrin win a few rounds and threaten to pull the upset. But ultimately Van Horn probably just fought in spurts too much, didn't have much offensive footwork in terms of positioning his opponent and had practically no jab to speak of, so Eubank will keep with him by doing just enough steady boxing at range and then probably old man and out-tough Darrin down the stretch. Probably a bit of a stop-start contest with Eubank looking uninterested and perplexed before stepping it up and getting Van Horn out of there late, or at least taking a tough decision.
If Eubank just goes out and barbarians him it’ll be a short night. He’s as big as Iran and more skilled and just as capable of getting rugged.
