Could go either way. But, I will pick Eubank by close decision. Golovkin just too predictable, and did not adapt in fights against opponents who weren't just blown away by his power. Golovkin is not stopping Eubank.

I clicked GGG stoppage. I'd rather have gone with GGG on points.

GGG has a better more consistent jab Eubank missed too much.

Golovkin on points is the clear option for me. They both had cast iron jaws. Golovkin could consistently work though so he'd land the harder shots and more of them to win a UD. Eubank would land some eye-catching counters though along the way.

    Nobody’s knocking anybody out here.
In these head to heads Eubank is always at a disadvantage to me simply because of his low output.
Golovkin is pretty conservative also with his work rate, but it’s still higher than Eubanks and I think he’d take a pretty close UD.

Eubanks like to take breathers and work only when he wanted to, GGG would not allow that,he decisions Eubanks.

GGG`s workrate was really high in his fights with Canelo and the Watson rematch proved Eubank gasses at that pace, also GGG constantly jabs, he throws far more jabs than Eubank used to.

    I agree with you Mark.
With Golovkin I basically meant he doesn’t throw unnecessary punches, there’s not many wasted with him.

Where would you rate Sr on the all-time middleweight list then?

There wouldn't be any KO in this one from either.

We've gone from "GGG stops Hagler easy!" to a 50/50 vote on whether he beats Eubank. That might be the biggest reputation drop ever on this board. I agree that GGG would be lucky to edge out a prime Eubank who was way tricky.
