Zale, probably by decision. Too ferocious, too busy, too durable, and hit more than hard enough to give Eubank pause. Zale is exactly the kind of fighter who would not be fussed at all with Eubank's eccentric antics. Nothing Eubank did would get into "The Man Of Steel's" head. Zale is a much better fighter than Steve Collins in almost every way, and Collins was able to solve the Eubank riddle. So would Zale. I give Eubank the benefit of the doubt that he would make it to the final bell over 12. If it goes 15, Eubank might get stopped.
Zale wins by hitting Eubank repeatedly to the body and putting pressure on for 15 rounds. I am a big fan of Eubank, but I think Zale was too tough for him, and that's saying something!
Zale...please. Eubank struggled with significantly inferior middles than the likes of Zale. Zale would stop Eubank I reckon, whether over 12 or 15.
Eubank would beat him on cuts in a calm yet dazzling display of sharp countering and sharp combinations.
Eubank almost always found a way to win in fights in which he was the underdog or had a rough start in. His skill and resolve were excellent and he will find a way to win.
