Hopkins is far too serious and good for Eubank's sillyness. Hopkins by UD 8-4/9-3

Eubank might edge it. At 168 he would win UD

If Jones have beaten Hopkins then Eubank could as well

Prime hopkins KO's both eubanks or jones. Why do you think jones waited so long for the rematch?

    ... prime Hopkins ?
...he scored too many decisions in his life against lesser opponents
so accusing him of KOing Jones or Eubank is highly hypothetical

When Hopkins was prime Jones was beating Toney and trying to rule
LHW division, during that time Hopkins was involved in beating DLH and
Trinidad ... there was no reason for them to collide again.

Eubank took bombs off a big cruiserweight when way past his best.

The same cruiserweight that at 40 years old stopped David Haye.

Eubank is a pure counter puncher and always performed better when fighters came to him like Benn and Wharton. But the boxers like Watson and Close would often give him fits.

I see Eubank winning the early rounds as a prime Hopkins tended to start fast and was often overly aggressive. But Hopkins would soon realise he was in against a very strong man and adapt and begin to use his skills to move and box and this is when Chris would struggle. Eubank often looked clumsy when coming forward often throwing a punch and then look to duck low or clinch as he would be off balance. I believe Hopkins was the better pure boxer with better balance and footwork and that would be enough to earn him a close decision.

Prime BHOP KO's Eubank, and the next day, Slappy White.
