Kalambay ud. Too skilled for Eubank imo.

Eubank's awkwardness might cause Sumbu some problems but once he does, the jab causes Eubank fits and Kalambay's movement would stop Eubank getting much off at all IMO.

agree on paper but what are people's thoughts on eubanks adaptability? I think he's got the skills to pull it off but only if he can adjust mid-fight, take the jab away and become an aggressor

Eubank was almost impossible to touch with a left jab, and Kalambay was very much a jab-first fighter.

Even then Sumbu's upper body and foot movement will see him open Eubank up to his cousters.

It wouldn't be a whitewash at all, but Sumbu has too much to bother Chris with IMO despite not having the dig to really get his respect in that sense.

He was, but he was also varied with it.

agreed, it could be a careful tactical match with sumbu outboxing eubank but the fact that he won't be able to even stun eubank gives me pause

Good point, but to be honest if mediocre opposition at best like Dan Sherry, Ray Close, and Dan Schommer could give Eubank problems, i don't see how the world class Kalambay couldn't.

Two hot and cold fighters. It could also depend where it happens. Eubank might edge it anywhere outside Italy and DRC...
