He is ranked 5th with the WBC, right after Branco, Johnson, Calzaghe and Hopkins...so I guess he's really 3rd...he should become mandatory challenger again soon...

He is ranked 7th with the IBF, after Cloud, Jones, Woods, Tarver and Johnson...so...he's not far off a shot at the IBF either...

The WBA have recently ranked him too...at 14th...

Henry will compete for a title maybe as early as this time next year...someone to keep an eye out for.

He gave a strong performace against Diaconu, and wasn't miles off from actually getting a draw or even a win...

...yet no one talks about him when looking at the future of he division...despite the fact he has power and a chin...:think

just saw the diaconu fight but he looked good then and i think it is very reasonable to say that he will grab a ABC title and make some defenses but i always see him as being just an ABC titlist and not the cream of the division i would like to see him and diaconu go at it when they both have belts

None of the young guns in the division look like they will reign unbeaten for many years, to be honest...

i bring him up whenever diaconu is brought up as the next big thing at LH. saw him on espn. i believe he got his stoppage late in the fight and i was not very impressed but he got the win but it was against rubin williams.

maybe he can hope to be as good as glen johnson.

i agree they wont reign unbeaten i just think he will be the #2 guy because of his lack of boxing skills if his boxing skills get better i see him being the best LHW

He's still a young guy and he can improve his skills a lot! He's coming along nicely...

He relies too much on strength, power, toughness and chin. He's learned his lesson against Diaconu and will start improving his technique and skills I think. I think he'll be a player in 1-2 years...

I've only seen him once, against Diaconu. He did not impress me at all, he did not seem as powerful his record suggests and could not take advantage of a slow Diaconu and his bad stamina.

Henry is nowhere near a top-10 fighter and I don't think he will ever be one.

Before Diaconu I never saw him, just saw some of his old fights on tape before Diaconu to see what he can do(Heyman, and some other guy).He is strong, tough, very good chin, decent jab, don't like his footwork really,he needs to improve his skills. He would give hell to some top guys.I'd favor him to beat this shot Tarver now.Liked him in the Williams fight.Hope he gets back in action soon for a title.
