For some reason I thought this would be big news.

Rather interesting news, now that Vazquez, Marquez, pretty much Lopez and Caballero moved up and here's Gamboa, John is leaving?

But him vs. Guerrero is a very solid fight. I just don't like it happening on a Golden Boy card where he was robbed.

good move. Certainly an HBO BAD fight, wonder when Golden Boy has a date available. Real good matchup.

who's to say he couldn't go back down for a big fight? Vaz/Marquez/Lopez have their own plans right now and Guerrero is an easy fight to make.

good for Chris, he's the MAN in his division and he still isn't getting the respect as guys like Gamboa and Juanma. moving up to challenge himself gotta respect that.

he wanted Gamboa, I remember one interview he said thats the fight he wants to stay at FW for, but noooooo cuz Arum wants to pair Gamboa and Mtagwa...:-( wtf for?? like really if Gamboa wants to prove something he needs to tell Arum the friggin Juanma sweepstakes need to end and let me fight the best guys in my division...same for Juanma...Cab is still sending him postcards

sounds like he's ducking the younger 122-126 fighters.

Not a bad move if he can't make weight any longer.

:patsch he wants Gamboa!! But Arum doesn't want him! He can't get a fight at 126 because of this stupid Gamboa-Juanma sweepstakes...I say him and Cab duke it out at FW
