I think the John fight is the main event, so it should be starting right around 7:30 AM/ET. . . In about an hour, and fifteen minutes. . . Maybe 30-45 minutes thereafter if there's another televised fight. . . I'd say no later than 8, 8:30 AM/ET (so about two hours). .

I'd tune in at 7:30 just to make sure, though. . You can kind of get a feeling when it'll start.

I'll keep my rant here but..

Boxnation, the British TV channel claims it's the "Home of Boxing", charges a subscription fee and yet in a week that has seen Malignaggi v Senchenko, Pirog v Ishida, Kompayak v Taconing, N'dam N'Jikam v Bursak and now John v Kimura ALL in "world title fights" (only the N'Dam one was an interim) it shows NONE of them! All very well having Mayweather v Cotto at 5 am but the home of boxing would have as much as they possible could fit on not just the big names.

 

I once had a dream that I was at a press conference preparing to fight Chris John. I was saying how he was one of the best fighters of all time and how he was the Best Pound for Pound fighter in the world. That is the last time I ate cheese right before I went to sleep.

Aye and it's all up on youtube for anyone to watch. It's one of those where most who were truly objective would've felt more comfortable with a Marquez win but wouldn't call it a robbery, I'd think. John is a very, very good fighter. I think he'd have done well if he faced some of the other superstars passing through feather, also.
