Yordan is jabbing down at Taliwe's head as the South African cows down low and moves backward in a crawl, flicking out his jab. Body shots by Yordan when he gets close or eclipses Taliwe by the ropes. Big chopping right by Yordan. Taliwe is hurt just before the bell.

Round 5

Yordan is tapping his jab off Taliwe's head and pouring in body shots. Taliwe flurries backing up and then clinches when Yordan moves in. Jab, uppercut, hook on the chin by Taliwe, all catching Yordan flush! Yordan presses in and keeps hacking at the body, looking momentarily surprised but not phased. Taliwe dives to his right and tosses an up-jab and slapping right up top. Yordan steps through, letting Taliwe's shots bounce off his shoulders, and keeps targeting the body.

10-9 Yordan but Taliwe's best yet...

Round 6

Yordan is pressing ahead, putting up the goalposts as Taliwe lashes with the jab and right slashing right in quick succession. Yordan is catching most of the shots on his arms but Taliwe is really putting emphasis on his combos and sitting down on them, springing up with power after each backward step. Yordan keeps shoving Taliwe into the ropes, clapping at his back with right hands and working the body. Taliwe is landing uppercuts with both hands and working that jab and chopping right combo on the face. Yordan is stunned!! Taliwe pushes him into the ropes, hammering away!

This seemed in the bag for him through four, but his control is unraveling in a hurry.

 

Round 7

Yordan is jabbing and tossing in right hands on the belt line. Taliwe's jab is knocked away by Yordan's. Taliwe throws flurries off the ropes as Yordan comes in. Right hand downstairs by Yordan. Taliwe jabs, slashes Yordan across the side of the head with a right and lands another followup jab. Yordan is dropping in right hand leads, Taliwe crouching away from them and reaching up with his own right hand to dust Yordan's hairline. Yordan is jabbing his way in, Taliwe using lots of whirlpool movement with his upper body and coming in with sneaky uppercuts.

Round 8

Yordan gets in a right to the body and then walks into a head-snapping jab. Taliwe is backed up as Yordan presses in and jabs. Pause. Gloves of Taliwe re-taped. Time in. Uppercuts by Taliwe. Yordan is leaning forward and holding now, working the body a bit, mostly resting. Taliwe is tireless, firing in combination up top but going wide. Big right hand by Yordan backing Taliwe up. Yordan is carried into the ropes, and Taliwe sinks to his knees while grinding into him, slip.

Round 9

Yordan is pulling back into a far lean, making Taliwe miss his jab and right hand. Taliwe isn't stepping forward to commit, resigned to countering on the outside in his crouch and roll stance. Yordan chops at him and Taliwe may be hurt. Yordan comes forward and catches wide right hands on the left arm. His corner is screaming for body shots. Taliwe is warned for holding. BIG BODY COMBO, YORDAN EXPLODING!
