    Erik Morales
    Celestino Caballero
    Jonathan Victor Barros
    Nonito Donaire

These champs are either the one that John could've fought/unify in his era,or probably just the ones I wanted to see em fight each other.

    - Morales beats him convincingly - while not without issues.

    - Linares would be an interesting one. He wasn't really tested at Featherweight - only beat Chololo, but He had tons of talent and was a bit like more athlethic version of John (With worse chin probably). 50/50 on neutral ground.

    - Guys like In-Jin Chi and Salido could upset John on their night, but Chris would have an edge.

    - Medina, Larrios, Caballero, Donaire - I think John handles them in good fights. The latter 3 were better in lower weight classes, so that plays a role - and John was a big featherweight.

    - Barros would be an easy routine defence for John. Unless it's in Argentina I guess?

I did not see that much of Grove and Dorsey, but I suspect John would be the favorite against them also.
