Oezekler is scoring the jab on Szili's upper lip while stepping left, then jumping in past the right hand and brushing the side of Szili's neck with the jab and light hook, arm punches. Szili digs to the body as they lean together. Oezekler pushes Szili back toward the ropes in a clinch. Oezekler ducks a Szili jab and comes up with a hook, wrapping his left arm behind Szili's neck to pull in for another clinch.

I wonder if they're all going to leave after this so there will be a bunch of empty seats by when Hammer vs. Larsen starts?

 

Round 4

Oezekler immediately flops into Szili's chest for a pushing clinch. Szili is prodding him away with uppercuts to the midsection and ripping a few up the middle to split Oezekler's guard. Lots and lots of clinching and desperate hugging by Oezekler. Szpili loses his gum shield. Time out to replace it. Time in. Downward bashing hooks and uppercuts on the way in by Szpili. Big corkscrew right to the body by Oezekler, as hard as he can muster but still weak. The guy has no pop - and is tiring so the arm punches are getting even flimsier.

Szili has a strapping build and throws with bad intentions; frankly I'm surprised he only has a 2/5 KO rate. :huh

In any event, he is most assuredly the puncher of this pair.

 

Round 5

Oezekler is bowing deep, head by Szpili's waist. Szpili hacks down at the presented target and is warned for rabbit punches. Time in. More leaning forward and smothering by Oezekler. Szpili shoves him back and pops off a few straight body shots. Hooks and looping rights to the body by Oezekler jumping in to tie up again. Szpili yanks on his arms while backing up, but Oezekler has both fists snared under his armpits to hang on. Szpili jerks free and lands an uppercut. Chopping overhand right to the ear by Szpili, making Oezekler blink as he dives in to hold again. They exchange, Oezekler flurrying and jumping back with his jab as Szpili chops at him marching forward.

Round 6

Oezekler is at it again. Shoulder-heaves into the bigger man force him to be driven back or toppled by Oezekler's leverage as he presses in from below. Oezekler is dominating the sumo aspect of the match but in terms of clean effective punching (such as there is) it's 100% Szili, when he's allowed. More clubbing rights that send Oezekler scrambling for safe distance or stubbornly clinging if he already has a hand slipped around Szili.

Round 7

Oezekler is coiling his left arm completely around Szili's neck and not releasing until mandated by the ref. Jabs and big wrecking ball hooks to the body by Szili just mowing him down, pushing Oezekler to the ropes. Oezekler hops back on his toes and flicks the jab or light slap-hook, then dives in to hold again.
