Not sure about that. They're about the same. Berlanga has the superior power, while Mbilli is better at cutting off the ring. Neither asset troubles Canelo in the least. Both opponents are turds, no need to polish them.

You're probably right but I do think M'billi would be a good test for Canelo, especially if it happens in a year or two. M'billi is only gonna get better, he should learn from this fight and gain experience.

Canelo would knock out Mbilli cold. He matches up better against Munguia.

Yes David is not much better than the guy who robbed dennis hogan and went life and death and was almost knocked out by a 38 year old devchenko. You win!

Please stop it. Mbilli gets violently KO'd quicker than Berlanga. At least Berlanga is smart enough to know his chin is trash and won't throw himself chin first into a volent KO loss.

You may be right. Do you think Berlanga has a better chance of going the distance against Canelo than M'billi?

Fair enough but it was the suggestive tone that it should have been a forgone conclusion, he couldn’t even beat… is difficult to interpret it in any other way

Like I said in another post- Derev’s only success with his left hand came when he probed with it, he could still do that when he was injured. Sure he couldn’t throw it hard anymore (which he wasn’t doing in the first place) and fighting through the pain wouldn’t have been nice, but let’s not act like Mbilli wasn’t getting the better of things even when Derev wasn’t injured.

I think Mbilli has a better chin, he's more durable imo. Berlanga will get stopped inside 8-9 rounds if Canelo doesn't carry him. Lol

You're making me think about this and I'm definitely considering your points. Maybe M'billi is being over hyped and Canelo wouldn't be tested by him to the extent I think. When you break it down like that you make me think about it and possibly reconsider my view of it.

Dude his 6 losses were all competitive and he arguably won some of them. GTFO he can’t get another shot.

The counter argument is that he won three rounds at least when he was injured

No left bicep injury, he might have pulled this off.
