Don't let the lack of power detract from the rest of his very refined skillset which is undeniable. Will he be a p4p monster? My opinion is hell no so far, but will he be a champ and good world level fighter, perhaps even elite at some stage? Yes would be my answer to that.

Christ, those last four rounds were painful. What a boring unpleasant to watch *****, hauling ass scared to death of a tiny little Featherweight.

Really? Colbert usually throws plenty of bodywork but why bother in this fight which he only needs to keep at range to win? He's got the right idea sticking Tug at the end of his jab and moving around to give him angles. This is least Tugs ever landed on someone by quite a margin so it's hardly like Colbert is having a shocker defensively. He seemed quite sound on that front in this fight.

He'll win the first 4 rounds before Berchelt catches up with him. Tug is small guy, Berchelt is huge for the division and he's got power. I see a late TKO for Berchelt.

Colbert doesn't have any killer instinct. He had Tug in a bit of trouble 4 rounds ago and he doesn't press anything. He's going to keep giving chances to better fighters to knock him out.

I can't think of a less entertaining boxer who lacks essential fighting instincts that I have seen in some time.

You must be enamored with the orange pop top and flowing skirt because aside from good movement in the ring the kid lacks power and skills that would set him apart.

Colbert is going NOWHERE. He and Shakur Stevenson should fight, they could have a 12 round grueling toe to toe slugfest. No one would be even close to being rocked.

Nope he will beat Berchelt with his jab alone. Tug is not trash he's tough as **** and still got dominated. Berchelt is to slow if both hand and foot to keep up with Colbert, Valdez already exposed him. He will get a boxing lesson

Because it was on 2 weeks notice, and King Tug has never fought at 130 and is low output as hell.

Let's see the fight. Valdez was in a lot of trouble for a number of rounds. His power got Berchelt in trouble. I don't see anything from Colbert that could discourage Berchelt from aggressively going after him for the full 12 rounds.
