When it’s at the expense of the gullible fan then yes, I don’t rate it. I get that it’s prize fighting but I like to see fighters fight believing they can win and trying to win. No one can tell me Eubank didn’t know he was shot to **** in there, it would have been obvious during his camp. Maybe he thought he still had enough to put Benn away but still.

Absolute **** show that fight was Eubank is clearly shot to pieces after two weight cuts and the first fight.
Eubank needs to retire now he's done and he's probably shortened his career by a year or two taking these fights and chasing the money.

It was sad to watch the corpse of Chris Eubank Jr tonight, he looked like a zombie in there. So lethargic, no strength in the legs or zap in the shots. Just nothing there.

The weight, Father Time, the last fight… they all caught up with him tonight. It wasn’t there.

Fair play to Conor Benn, you can only beat what’s in front of you so don’t want to take anything away from him.

Eubank gracious in defeat, didn’t make excuses just said he went through hell to even make it to the ring tonight, which was obvious in the performance. Not right at all.

Benn goes back down to 147 and Eubank Jr should call it a day and hang the gloves up.

If you have played poker with him you would see why, he is absolutely terrible. Games are built around him.

Yeh why chase the money with these fights if you can fight on for another year or two for a fraction of the money !

Casual love in towards Benn making me sick.

Hearn highlighted how much of a scumbag he is with the sob story about Benn having no money and mental health bla bla.

I know what you are saying, I don’t think he expected that but I don’t think that it was because of the massive improvement in Benn, looked to me like he knew and so did his father, on the ring walk I thought senior had a look on his face that he knew it was over.
Even though it is sad to see, he was the beneficiary of the opposite side when he faced degale, Eubank has never been chasing titles and he isn’t skint, but let’s be real there is not many none title fights in the world that generate that type of money and that type of hype, and it’s a generational thing, they probably would have fought for free.
So I think it’s not a great way to end a career but it’s certainly not possible to turn down a situation like that.

but the question everyone wants to know is, is there any footage of Eubank senior meeting 50 cent and having any sort of conversation, if so when is it getting released..

That's why a strong undercard is a necessity if they're going to stick it on PPV. I don't pay for it nor will I ever pay for it. I get what you’re saying though.

That was a fighter extremely drained for probably two months straight. Nothing left. 100% it was a weight issue.

Just watched the talksport after fight analysis, Dave Allen being Dave Allen just giving it straight-eubank shot to pieces shadow of his former self etc etc honest and accurate, the rest of the employees looking on awkwardly looking to change back to the script as soon as possible, laughable…

Them two fights will probably end benns career as well imo. Similar way it finished eubank by heading back down as he was starting to get on in years.

Benn would only really be competetive at the top level as a weight cheat....picking off guys that have seen better days. He,ll struggle to get back down to 147 now without side effects. By the time hes 30 their all ready to move up in weight.

Most stay at their original weight but few get away with it if they go up before trying to get back down.

Hes prematurely stuck between a rock and a hard place. The 154 lbers are naturally too big for him....and back down to 147 he,ll have side effects heading to 30.

Beat a 36 year old 160 lber who was fighting at 168 back in 2017...completely dead at the weight. He,ll feel a big difference even with a natural 154 lber thats not quite so dead at the weight.

Needs to head to 154 now and stay away from anyone near top level for a while to try to grow into the weight properly.

If TV can tolerate a straight talker Dave will make a great fight analyst. If.

Can someone explain the psychology of failing two drugs tests, and blaming everyone else for the financial and public position you find yourself in?

Does it come from a place of feeling angry at being caught out, idiocy, denial?

The post fight presser comments/attitude is just baffling to me.

Benn deserved the win tonight, clearly. Weight draining or not. PED using or not. It is what it is. Always was a circus and it's a travesty the first fight was made. As usual, Hearn is knee deep. All involved sailing off into the sunset with a bag of the public's cash.
