I wish Parker had joined a proper trainer when he left Kevin Barry not Andy lee.

Where’s the double jab gone where’s the fast hands gone, I know he wasn’t perfect under Kevin Barry and put in some stickers under him as well.

I wish he had gone with a trainer who actually made him lean into his boxing even more make use of his advantages over other heavyweights but Andy lee’s just made him into another slow ponderous heavyweight.

Parker still could steal some PPV loot in New Zealand...
Don't they have some ex rugby lads who box now?

It had its moments of action, but I'd label it as an ugly fight, not a terrible one.

Joyce took what was left of Parker at the top level. He will have to be matched against mid-tier HWs from here on. Cash some checks.

At this point, Justis Huni, Kris Terzievski and maybe even Faiga Opelu beat Parker.

2 stone and change weight advantage for Parker, against a cruiserweight who hasn’t fought since April and was looking at hanging his gloves up after a bad year personally, and has never fought at heavyweight, against a top 10 heavyweight. Took some rounds off Parker, decent performance from Massey considering all that from Massey.

Parker won obviously but Massey did well considering everything was against him going in.

Surprisingly fair scorecards. I didn't bother scoring it but it seemed like Parker was winning comfortably, albeit in a very boring way. But hey, a W is a W. Seems like his time at the top is done. After that performance I doubt I'd even rate him in the top ten anymore.

Frazer would probably beat him too.
