Groves is going to get knocked out when he faces Dirrell.

  4. Rebrasse was extremely tough and durable, it certainly surprised me how he was able to soak up Groves’ punches. As for George, coming off 2 losses is never easy and neither is the way he was brutally KO’d in his last outing, so with that in mind he turned in a very respectable and somewhat dominant performance against a very tough guy. I like him and think he has a lot of tools. Good power, good hand speed, he can fight to a game-plan despite his hot-headedness and he doesn’t have any major weakness, but I think he will fall just a little bit short at the very top level as he did against Carl Froch. His power seems to be so much less after the first few rounds so if he doesn’t catch his opponent early then they will always come on stronger in the fight as he wilts a little bit, although in fairness he did go 12 rounds and despite looking tired he fought at a good pace throughout.

Him Vs. Dirrell would be a great fight, but think at this moment in time he would lose by decision. I think he would stand a fantastic chance against Abraham providing that he doesn’t get drawn into a battle. If Froch can outbox Abraham for 12 rounds then George certainly can.
