Just watched this documentary called Untold: Deal With The Devil about the former boxer Christy Martin. I knew the name but didn’t know much about her boxing career or her crazy life story. Seeing footage of her fights she was definitely a crowd pleaser and better than most of the women fighting these days. Whether you know her or not it’s a great documentary, with some crazy twists and turns.
I saw this advertised. I don’t like women’s boxing but she looked like a knockout merchant based on the trailer. I haven’t seen anything like that since Warren, Hearn etc started putting them on.
Really good documentary, I hadn’t heard of her but seems to have been a bit of a pioneer for women’s boxing. Her life story is crazy and she was exciting to watch.
