here's a nice set of articles chronicling Pacquiao's career since his move up to 122lbs. http://www.examiner.com/x-10947-Ind...ling-the-past-10-years-of-boxings-best-part-1
Before the 1st MAB, I didn't think he would make the big time. He was so wild and had no defense what so ever. Afterwards, I changed my mind specially after he went with Roach. Very impressive resume indeed.
I already thought Pacquiao was a great fighter when he beat MAB, drew with Marquez, lost to Morales and then knocked him out in the rematch. But ironically it was in the Oscar Larios fight that I realised that Pacquiao was really the best fighter in the world. When I saw that fight I realised that he had added so many dimensions to his already incredible physical gifts, and that his body was really filling in amazingly at super feather.
IMHO, MP was a very good fighter before he fought MAB the first time out. He became a great fighter, in my eyes, after he beat MAB the first time around.
