He was looking in shape, but he looked slow AF in the ring, very lethargic, and kinda foolish.

I'm glad he realized this.

He could have gotten in shape but he would have been a semi-shot fighter. That sort of abuse that he put his body through would have put 10+ years onto him easily.

Any Top 15 would have badly hurt him.
