Thanks. Great victory for Shogun who's finally arrived in the UFC after his injury run. He looked like the Shogun of recent past - 04' to 07.' As for Liddell it was sad. He seemed to understand that he does not have the skills anymore to beat the top fighters.

Wow, just noticed now, Shogun really ****ed up Chucks lead leg. Watched when Rua was about to be interviewed and Dana was consoling Chuck in the backround. He had a severe limp.

Liddell looked like his striking was still there, but sadly, his chin is gone. Classy guy

Im glad Rua`s cardio has been improved, once he gets his cardio as high as it can be, no LHWT in the world will beat him, he has the best muay thai in the division, quite good takedowns & the best BJJ also at 205.

I always fancied Rua to beat Chuck at their best, Chuck looked good & ready to me but his peak days are obviously behind him, 2006 would have been the best time for this fight to happen.... I see the same result but in a longer fight.

I agree and I really hope that his cardio is back because he is one of my favourite fighters and at his best he is so entertaining and destructive.

Although I'm not sure he has the best BJJ in the division.:think

I suppose that one is up for debate but there`s no denying his BJJ is POTENTIALLY the best & certainly 1 of the best, he`s is just so smooth, especially with leg locks.

Yeah, definately up there. Come to think of it there aren't really any guys that stand out as BJJ specialists at the top of the LHW division.
