He looked fuking AWFUL. No head movement, stiff as fuk, and was so sloppy with his punches. THe worst I've ever seen him. WOW, he's totally washed up.
i tuned in for the last 3 minutes of that whole UFC event, just enough time to see two MMA guys exchanging sloppy punches in the main event.
I think this is proof that Dana doesnt care about his fighters. Didnt he say he would retire chuck after he got blitzed by Shogun? Not only does he not retire him but he actually puts him in with a more than credible fighter in Franklin. Franklin for some reason keeps headlining events and getting big paycheques. Chuck was done 2 years ago. Dana just loves filling his own pockets though. So what if Liddell is brain dead. Dana's almost a billionaire.
He just looked so awkward in there. Slow, sloppy, head was in the same spot the whole time. He'd pull right back with his head and chin high just asking to be KO'd
You do realize Dana was the first to tell Chuck to stop fighting right? He says it every chance he gets, but Chuck just won't listen. The two are actually close friends, Dana clearly cares about Chuck, even if you think he doesn't care about anybody else in the world, he clearly does about Chuck and doesn't want him to fight. Again though, don't let facts stop you from making your typical Dana White is evil thread; you haven't yet, so why start now?
Ya....he looked very bad tonight..had power in his punch, but was very sloppy. If Dana lets him fight again..Dana is a fool.
Ya they can't let him go on. I'm surprised nobody in his training camp realized how far gone he is. Maybe they did though, who knows.
If he cared about Chuck, why would he let him fight? The bottom line is hes a HYPROCRITE. Dana has the power to stop Chuck from fighting. But he didnt. He chased the money. haha, "I care about Chuck, hes not fighting again, hes done." 1 year later hes headlining a PPV against Rich Franklin. Way to be a man of your word.
Why would you tune in? You never have anything good to say about MMA yet you watch every event, oh and don't try to lie and say you only watch 3 minutes you know you sat there the whole night watching.
Chuck is like most boxers. When they said this was one of the best camps he has had in years, I was like...oh oh....how many times have we heard that from old boxers only to see them get beat. Chuck prob talked and talked to Dana, and gave him all the right taking points. This has to be the End of Chuck...or the next fight could end up bad
These words came directly from Dana's mouth. I dont know what to tell you. Lou Dibella practically forced Taylor to retire. When Taylor didnt, Dibella cut all ties with him and stopped promoting him. Thats what you're supposed to do if you cared about the person. Dana did the opposite and just sent his "friend" in for another slaughter.
