    He's perhaps casting doubt on Liston hitting harder than Foreman because Liston failed to KO an Ali who was having vision problems and running at top speed to avoid getting hit.

    It's awfully strange considering Foreman didn't KO Ali either. Ali was never KOd despite facing a ludicrous list of heavy hitters. He not only could take a punch, he knew how to survive, clinch, and stall.

    Cheers GCC,I was just beginning to suspect this guy had an agenda against Sonny Liston !
    Yep,seriously though, Ali was of course never KOd despite,as you say,fighting a murderers' row of
    power punchers.
    The Henry Cooper knockdown of Ali was just one of those incidents that happen in boxing.
    No disrespect to Cooper,who did have a great left-hook, but folks shouldn't use it as a means
    to criticise Liston for failing to floor Ali.
