Ron Stander soaked it up early and came back to stop Earnie, Jerry Quarry Jumped on him and took him out in the first, Bernardo Mercado Like stander came back after absorbing an absolute Bomb, and Jeff Sims came within a whisker of Koing Earnie, the common denominator being they all Came for Earnie, All willing to go to war with him, I can not belive George would be any Different, Earnie under pressure was not quite the same as Earnie in the drivers seat, particularly by the half way stage. I think George is the safe bet here ... and by the half way stage i feel.

Well, if that's the case, then **** on the 'Patterson had a glass chin nonsense'! Floyd fought smart but came to attack, often throwing caution out the window. He took BIG body shots the entire fight, got nailed with several clean left hooks and...took two or three (if not more) SUNDAY right hand bombs to the jaw and...didn't go down! Take your pick. If Chuvalo had power Floyd took it and came back for more; if Chuvalo didn't have that much power then...he didn't hit that hard, quit playing both sides.
The bottom line of their bout was that Floyd simply out-worked him up and down the entire fight and, as usual, Chuvalo complained that he was robbed which he's 'troweled' out his entire career with absolutely NO defining win his entire career. Spare me Doug Jones and Quarry...Please!

Nonsense. Foreman, a 2 Handed Puncher. More technically sound, quicker, better boxer, didnt put George down with a shower of Lefts and Rights. What Shavers gonna do with half the skills and 1 Hand...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdQdEhnWcDI

    Voted for George.
Only chance I would see for Shavers is if he blitzed Chuvalo early, but I would think there would be a better chance he would spend his energy without accomplishing this, and then fall to George later in the fight.
