How would this go eras aside, say a 66 Tua vs. a 21st century George? Or, let's just say a prime Chuvalo vs. a prime Tua without eras considered?
Wihout eras considered? Not sure what that means. But as they were, tua stops him on his feet inside 6 rounds
Title Bout Championship Says - Round 1 - Chuvalo takes it fairly easily Round 2 - Tua wins most of the round until Chuvalo lands what may or may not have been an intentional headbutt. Tua Round Round 3 - Big Tua Round Round 4 - Both guys landed big punches throughout the round. Pretty Even frame. Round 5 - Another war of a round, with Chuvalo edging it Round 6 - Huge Tua round, as Chuvalo barely landed a punch Round 7 - Tua suffered a cut above his right eye that is causing him problems. Chuvalo's round Round 8 - The corner of Tua handled the cut, which helped him win this round Round 9 - This roller coaster of a match continues, with Chuvalo giving Tua a beating throughout the round Round 10 - Chuvalo both won the round and reopened Tua's cut Round 11 - Another Chuvalo round. The fight appears his should he finish the fight on his feet, which he will. Round 12 - Tua's round fairly big, but probably enough to earn the decision Scorecards - 115-112 and 116-111 x 2 My Opinion - If the fight was anywhere as near as this simulation suggests, we would be in for a treat. I tend to think the opposite, with Tua doing enough to win a fairly wide UD. There's guys on Chuvalo's record that I don't think Tua would come close to losing too, and if Tua is a poor man's Frazier then there's reason to think Tua could also win a ref stoppage. Fairly comfortable giving Tua the nod here.
I was saying how about a 1965 Tua vs. a 2000's Chuvalo in their primes in those years. Eras do make a difference for a variety of factors.
