cintron isn't worth anything. Does NOTHING for Cotto. Its just Cintron looking for a big payday

Theoretically it would be a great fight...

But realistically, Cotto will crack Cintron's ribs and he will be reaching for his hankerchief.
Cintron is not very marketable right now.....
Does anyone know why Steward is no longer training Him????

Steward got tired of his BS and poor training and they both decided to go there own way (according to Steward)

Exactly. Same thing with JT. Steward doesn't put up with guys who don't give 100% in training. Thats cause how you train is how you perform. Steward isn't gonna look bad as a trainer cause his fighter is lazy. I'm glad Eman left him.

It seems we get relevant fights almost by accident these days, especially on HBO. Maybe we can get Oliver McCall on the undercard, keep a box of tissues on each post and have somebody mop the ring free of tears between rounds. Maybe let Tommy Hearns be on the undercard for his "last fight" as well to make the night even *more* pointless?

I watched Cintron train many many times... never ever did I see him give 100%... always some kind of excuse...

Man, a few years ago I seen Baby Kermit was gonna be a failure. You can tell he doesn't stick to strategy in fights, because he always fights the same. He doesn't know how to read his opponents at all, obviously. Now do you really think E Stew sends his opponents in there without a specific strategy & a plan B & C for his fighters? Cintron fights so ******ed, he has all the tools to at least be as good as AM was.

If it was an MMA fight Kermy would take Cotto's ass down and pound that ass.

They should have a street fight.

Kermy by Ground & Pound. :yep

Used to love Cintron. Have a completly different look on the guy due to that silly match with Martinez. Would be a great occasion for all Puerta Rican fans, but Cotto would destroy him in 8 rounds.

He does not deserve another crack at a titlle right now. Especially after that poor performance. I rather see Cotto unify with Clottey. Maybe Cintron can fight on the undercard with a top WW and take on the winner.

Thanks,,,,I had a feeling something like that occurred.

If Cintron thinks he is such a hotshot....why doesn't he challenge Clottey?

I'm sure he could have fought Margie last year?
