Could be an interesting fight while it lasts. However unless Matthyse can KO Cintron he cannot win. Too crude. Both fighters have great power and should make it an interesting fight. Kermit by 6th round KO.

    Cintron: 27-1 (25 KOs)
    Matthyse: 26-1 (25 kos)

    combined: 53-2 (50)

and the Matthyse-WIlliams fight proved to me that Williams has a chin. WIlliams walked through three huge hooks in a row of Matthyse, who knocks out all of his opponents...well, almost all of them. I cant wait for tonights card.

Im putting 20 bux on Williams, 20 on Gatti and 10 on Cintron.

Gomez could be the shocker. I think cintron will be the only projected favorite to win tonight, besides Ward. I think Margarito losses in 6... yes i'm predicting a KO

williams is lean and mean..he will look better tonight. I just hope he didnt sap too much energy..I am glad he didnt try to muscle up and stayed lean cause he is going to need his legs which is the key to the fight to me.. Margarito will have to walk through alot of punches to get his work in. Williams punches str8 and fast margarito punches wide and looping williams will beat him he just needs to crank up a few power shots early to get margarito a little hesitant.. Williams sparred with guys like glen johnson and other light heavys. He aint scared of no margarito. He can always get on his toes and pick his shots

Okay though you have a point Illmatic are you related to Drillmatic by any chance? anyhways who has Matthyse fought to begin with? other than Williams who has he fought, and more importantly where has he fought? he hasnt fought outside of Argentina other than for this fight and the Williams fight, So that should tell you something there.
Dont count on a Williams win over Margarito based on this guy, he is homegrown.

He had a regionally built up record, just a couple fights in the US, but as Torres showed against Cotto, power is power man. Mathysse hits very hard, knocks out whoever was put against him, was landing against Williams and Williams walked through all of them. With prospects we always wonder if they can take a punch and Williams proved to me in that fight that he can take a punch...

p.s Watch, now Margo will kayo him in one...

hell, yea this is one of the best cards this year so far. i expect gatti-gomez would be a show-stealer too for tenacity and back and forth momentum swings throughout.

williams-margo (d by williams) - hope im wrong with this one...;)
    cintron-matthyse (ko/tko7 by Kermit)
    gatti-gomez (late tko by gatti)

    ...Let's get ready to rummblleeeeeeeeee.............:happy
