Nah....Cotto will get to Cintron early and take his heart from him. He will be sticking that jab in his face and letting off his left hooks to the body and he wont give Cintron the space to let off his lethal shots...He does need space to get that off.

Cintron early, Cotto late. Cotto will lose when he gets hurt by a fighter who knows how to finish.

Why does everyone bring up Mayweather when mentioning Cotto. Cotto was at the Hatton fight possibly to fight the winner and opted to fight Oscar.

Cintron has the power and athleticism to steamroll Cotto, but mentally he seems to have some serious gaps, whereas Cotto has won fights on mental toughness alone. No outcome would surprise me.

Seems that Cintron is avoiding the top fighters for now but if they fight, I got Cotto by TKO.

Steward is still trying to rebuild Cintron's damaged psyche. I don't expect to see him for a while at least not against top competition.

When I think of it, this would probably be a pretty good fight. They both hit hard enough to injure. I'd like to see it

Different style. Cotto can intimidate and overwhelm a boxer. A disciplined big puncher like Cintron, if he had his head in the game, could pick Cotto off. Who knows if and when Cintron will ever attain that level of focus at a high level though.

With Cintron's current mental state he had better do it in the first couple of rounds otherwise he's in for a big beating. I just don't see Manny letting Cintron fight Cotto at this stage of his mental rehabilitation.

You're probably right about manny not letting kermit fight cotto. Manny is a huge fan of Cotto's. I think Manny knows that Kermit is not ready. When manny speaks about the welterweight division, i believe he gives Cotto the most props. So he doesnt want his fighter any where near that animal in Cotto.
