watched the Molina fight and Cintron looked awful never got going had problems with Molinas physical style and aggression

Cintron relies too much on his power and if he cant land his jab he is like a blind guy without a walking stick

if his right hand can land with regularity Cintron can win but i doubt it

I've thought about this, but Cintron has let me down so many times. I do think at his very best he could beat Canelo at this point, but I'm not sure what we'll get from him.

I have Cintron by Split Decision, I doubt it will happen though, especially in MEXICO.

Calm down son, the thread was created to see if anyone was picking Cintron to pull the upset but So far it looks like there's no takers.

By the way, You admit to giving Cintron a small chance!

Where are people finding all this power they claim Cintron has  the guy has not Ko'ed anyone since 2007 and the guy was a bum at welterweight
so where is this power at, He had problems with Antwone Smith that was his last fight and that guy Is not that good at all and matter of fact he was not that big af a guy so Cintron is not or was not that good to begin with.;)

i give Cintron one chance, here it is, Canelo showed Molina a lot of respect vs Hatton Rhodes and Cotto he came at them non stop

vs Gomez he was hesistant and patient

now Cintron has way more power and maybe Canelo will hang back thus allowing Cintron to get the jab going

Canelo usually comes at his opponents knowing they cant hurt him unafraid to get hurt

if he earns Canelos respect and makes him passive theres a chance

but whats to say Gomez's defense and counter punchin isnt what slowed him down

and Cintron is no defensive wizard or master counter puncher

Cintron doesn't stand a chance in hell of pulling off an upset. He stands a slight chance in hell of making it to the score cards, if he plans on being 100% defensive, with his offense consisting of no more than defensive jabs, at best.

he has power but jsut hasnt been able to land it or put away some of these guys

Martinez slick and no chin issues tough guy to KO

    Margarito iron chin

    Angulo iron chin

    Molina iron chin

he has moved up from welter and may have lost power but hee has power

Cintrons big problem is finding his rythm in there

If Cintron had a better frame of mind, I'd be picking him to win. Alvarez is very carefully matched, and IMO only one or possibly two notches better than Chavez Jr.
