Its not really the individual exercise that will get your heart pumping, its how hard you do them and how. You could do literally anything and it would get your heart pumping hard if you did it fast enough. If you really want to focus on the upper body and get your heart pumping alternate between a few upper body movments that shift the emphasis to different muscles and jump back and forth to them like: pushups, pullups, crunches, snatches, over and over again.
