    She definitely could of. She's tall, rangy and slick but she fought at the wrong range and just didn't put any thought into what she was doing. That was patently obvious. She was just moving her hands as opposed to thinking about what she was doing and picking her shots. She fought a way more intelligent fight in the amateurs, tonight she was like a cavewoman

    No, it wasn't. If you lose 3 or 4 rounds in a 10 round fight it wasn't one sided or dominant. You can also stop acting like that. Shields dominated exactly two rounds and that was 1 & 2. R3 was a closer Shields round and from R4 on it was basically 50/50 every round with both girls winning rounds.

    I honestly don't mind a rematch. I think it makes sense from a financial standpoint for both fighters.

    If Marshall come in with a different gameplan, she has a chance.

    I mean who else are they going to fight and where are they going to get money fights?

    Here's the reality. Fine, Marshall lost, she got outworked by the featherfisted wonder for the vast majority of the first half of the fight. Marshall fought her fight, Peter Fury had a bone headed strategy, and it cost her dearly. But by no means was this some one sided rout all of the overexcited fanboys are claiming it is. Which happens oh so frequently after high profile matches like this. Marshall stunned her in the second an arguably shaded that one, then came roaring back, won the 6th, and fought on near even terms for the remainder of the fight. So at best, Shields should've won a 96-94 decision. However those who had it a draw were very much on point. Of course I'm biased for Marshall, so maybe I gave her one round too many. But the people who had this a near shutout for Shields, are even more biased than I am, and clearly only saw what they wanted to see. It was a fight of two halves, the first a 4-1ish near shutout. The second half a brawl where Marshall arguably took the majority of them.

    Marshall got hit a lot like I thought she would so at least she has a good chin because I thought she might get stopped but she hung in tough and was obviously in great shape.

    She may well have lost even with a different game plan but no one can honestly say she put any thought into what she was doing. Slick fighters use their brains and pick their shots and she didn't all night

    Either way, most here was hoping Marshall would win or at least be able to drop Claressa, but knew she most likely wouldn't be able to, even in their first match where the judge's robbed Shields even with Marshall fighting on her back fought for some of the fight's duration.
