Very true. It's a terrible list. She also left out Josh Taylor. & while I agree Claressa is nowhere in the top 10, to say not even top 300 might be a stretch.

Part of me thinks she's controversial on purpose. She'll never be the golden girl of women's boxing, she doesn't have the looks or charm but maybe she can be a female Mayweather and just annoy everyone enough for people to care about who she fights. Also with her experiment in MMA perhaps she'll try and mold herself to be boxing's Ronda Rousey who too was a very aggressive and a confrontational character who rubbed a lot of fans the wrong way but captured the imagination of the casuals by being a female MMA version of Mike Tyson. But then again maybe she is as ignorant and classless as she makes herself out to be but I suspect the truth is somewhere between the two. Either way she a character and boxing always needs characters even ones that just annoy everyone.
