    no hes not he just stayed there the longest, that why they call him the best SMW not the best fighter there

    a shallow division , where most fighters go past quickly in that time ti find more lucrative fights, JOe wasnt interested in that and for most of his career as wbo ruler he wasnt even no 1 till the german retired

    never have I heard one defence and unification so bandied about as if its the greatest achievement ever.

    Its like its the one thing calturds can brandish that joe was world class.

    LOADS of boxers unify. Nearly all of them go on to defend their unified titles. Joe isn't one of them, he dumped them to run the better opposition. Joe is one of the weakest unifiers in history.
