I suppose but I don't know what the remedy would be. I doubt a judge would order the company to be broken up in pieces, cause that could make the whole enterprise unviable, so the alternative I guess is to pay the fighters some reasonable % of the total revenues. Then you'd have to decide how much each fighter would be entitled to..it's pretty complex if you ask me.
