I like him a lot seems a nice guy. I do think he is getting a bit over rated though by some.

he needs a proper test unfortunately this one tonight and the one for the European are not going to tell us much.

Excellent interview. Seems a really nice guy, though you you can tell he feels he was badly let down by Billy Nelson.

 

Yeah it seems billy kind of gave him the run around and didn’t really pay him much attention in the gym.

Billy did a great job with Burns tho and he’s doing a good job with Bakole so far so perhaps him and Lewis just never clicked

 

Wow listening now, his story is crazy. There's never been someone in boxing Ive wanted to succeed more.

I then realised I'd signed a trainer, manager contract.

I'm glad to see it's all worked out for lewis in the end.
You can tell that he's not happy with what happened at Billys but as he said himself, he doesn't want to disrespect Billy on camera. But I do think that vids like this can do a lot of good for young boxers coming through. It points out the pitfalls involved when young fighters are starting out

What a great interview. Ritson is a top fighter and seems a cracking guy too!

 

No doubt Eddie will drop him like a hot brick when he gets chinned.

Not really...He's headlining cards and he's now a big ticket seller, people will still come if he gets beat. They can build him back up.
