Burt, that is not a pic of Leo Caghil and Greb. it has been misidentified. Caghil was smaller, had longer blonde hair, and a completely different face/body type. I have a photo of Greb taken this same day and suspect that the two were confused somehow.

K, but that was Harry Greb on the right, I assume. No one else had Greb's
owlike face. Look at the size of those sparring mits !

Not Caghil on the left, but definitely Red Mason in the center, and the inimitable Harry Greb on the right...

Yes, that photo was taken in August of 1923 at Manhasset Long Island while Greb was training for Johnny Wilson.

K, I worked out of Manhasset,L I. for many years, as I posted before, I was in the home of an elderly man,who had a photograph on the wall of Georges
Carpentier, who's training camp for his fight with Jack Dempsey in 1921, was
a short distance from his home. John Gambling of radio also lived close by in Manhasset,L.I. Small world...

Greb's training camp at Manhasset and Carpentiers were one in the same.

Yes Rocky that is William Muldoon on the far right. Muldoon was a champion legitimate wrestler in the 1890s,and trained John L Sullivan for his fight with
Corbett. He was later on NY Boxing Commissioner...Keep em cummin...
