Name some of the best examples of fighters who were seriously behind in a fight, needed a KO to win & did just that.

Mike Weaver against John Tate and Jake LaMotta against Laurent Dauthille are probably the two most famous 15 round examples.

JCC against Meldrick Taylor is the most famous 12 round example.

Weaver vs Tate is my favourite case of this happening.

Rocky Graziano seemed to be the king of the come-from-behind. 10th round KOs of Tony Janiro III, Charlie Fusari and I believe the first fight with Red Cochrane (the rematch also ended in a 10th round KO, but unsure of the points at the time.

Also, the first fight between John David Jackson and Jorge Castro and both fights with Alfonso Lopez v Guty Espadas, with both ending in the 13th round.

    Williams vs Potter was bananas!

Harrison Vs Sprott despite being a terrible fight is also another great pick.

Povetkin vs Whyte, Povetkin getting battered the whole fight, then suddenly he pulls a left uppercut out of his ass without any sort of indication and BOOM, the fight is over, I was in shock watching it live

From that sort of era, Basilio-DeMarco 2 is a great come-from-behind KO too. And I completely forgot about Castro-Jackson - that was unbelievable!

Colin Jones vs Kirkland Laing. Twice.

Laing was way ahead on the cards when, in round 9, Jones finally landed his famous left hook to take the win.

The following year they had a rematch with a near identical result. Jones was way behind on points before finding a big right hand again in the 9th round.

Everyone knows that Laing went on to get a decision win over Duran. So, great wins for Jones and well worth a mention here.
