Ok not an elite type fighter but a alphabet champion
Gianfranco Rosi he was ko'd heavily by Lloyd honeyghan in a European welterweight title fight but then went on to have a pretty successful career at light-middleweight picking up a couple of world titles

Norris came back well from his destruction against Julian Jackson and had a long and largely dominant career.

Tzsyu recovered well and came back a better fighter after Vince Phillips upset him (though a rematch victory would've fully redeemed him).

Jose Luis Ramirez got stopped in 2 early on in his career by Ruben Olivares yet went on to have a very long career fighting against some of the very best going around without ever being stopped again, fighting plenty of huge hitters along the way.
