Yeah, this is it exactly. This idea that Wilder's team are "making offers" is difficult to conjure, because, with what? Are they able to offer Joshua a $30m guarantee, something like that? Given how they've performed so far? Not really I don't think.

    In a nutshell. Beautifully worded.

Nah, not completely different, same chin, same fast twitch, same lot of stuff.

A lot of the mechanics would change or sure.

But as I said, not at all the point.

    Again, you're just not understanding.

    Here:

Is your swarmer better off being at a 1" reach disadvantage or a 15" reach disadvantage?

Answer that question and you're away.

Joshua just fought Parker arguably a better and a more accomplished fighter than Wilder.
Joshua fought Wlad. He has a proven track record of fighting too flight opposition. Believe me he isn’t going to “duck” Wilder. If anything if the fight never happens I would be far more suspect of Wilder’s team of being the reason.
If the fight happens next fine. But I actually think Joshua deserves a fight before that fight. Especially if what I read is true that he’s looking to fight in June. Wilder match will only be slotted for a fall or spring date. I’m happy with either but think one year from now it will be optimum financially

    AJ talks extensively about legacy.
I'm going based on what he said his aspirations.

Financially, it doesn't seem to be in his best interest fight Wilder.

    But two things:
One, there's a balance to be had.
If you want to get real technical, it would be in his best interest financially to never fight Wilder, until Wilder was 40. But he just couldn't survive that type of scrutiny.

Two, brand value is becoming more and more significant for celebs/athletes/stars due to shifting market dynamics.
The stronger AJs legacy is, the stronger his brand will be.
If he's known as this fearless badass who took on everyone and destroyed them, it would give more value to his brand than if he stalled the baddest man in the world for a few years. And that brand value will last his whole life.

    Nah, it's a money thing.

And I'm not talking about "fighting Wilder." I'm talking about Wilder's team being financially positioned to "make offers." It's very difficult for them.

That would depend entirely on how good both boxers are. Perhaps it would take an exceptional swarmer facing a guy who did not use his longer arms as an advantage for the shorter armed man to win.

    Ffs, NO.

Of COURSE a swarmer who is exceptional can beat an opponent who has longer arms. A swarmer who is BAD can beat an opponent with much longer arms.

How many times do you have to be told this?

Rocky Marciano can win fights against fighters he didn't fight in real life who have longer arms.

I don’t need to be told anything. You are the one asking the questions. I’m just answering you.

Aj’s Brand is fine. He is selling out huge markets. Wilder is the one who should be worried about Brand. He has far more skeptics and far less earning potential. England is rabid for the sport and the demographics of popularity in the division have shifted to Europe. All this talk that you need to conquer America to be global is a myth. Wlad ruled 11 years and made a fortune with America being a poor market for him. He never sold here. Yet he’s filthy rich and his legacy is cemented. What America needs is to get some money back into their amateur programs and groom some talent. Wilder and Miller is all we have - that’s sad.

I didn't ask you any questions. Or rather I did, last night, but you chose to ignore them. Now you're just butting in on a conversation I was having with someone else, with an answer that didn't make any sense.

    But thanks.

    Same little stuff.
Everything iconic about Tyson would be different.
How can you even have confidence in a 5'10 guy without his ability to punch rapidly in short range with powerful blows? You're taking so much away from him. Especially a guy who at his best flys inside his opponents range? And for what? To give him a more cracking 1-2? Who would be happy with your decision? You might get Steve Bartmanned for that one.

But again, we can leave that aside.

You're going in circles now, and asking me literally the same exact thing you did in your last post.
And on top of that, with a patronizing tonnage. Wack.

Like I said, if you're able to get on the inside successfully, you're happier for every extra inch of arm your opponent has.

So for example, Tyson will enjoy his reach disparity against an opponent like Joshua, because Joshua is a steady stalker. Not making a prediction on the fight, or saying it would result in a Tyson victory, but that he will enjoy that reach disparity. Against a guy like Fury....not so much.

Joshua does not have Wlads footwork.

    Wilder can’t box.

But what's your answer though? It's not abnormal to be asked a question twice when you don't answer it.

So your answer is you'd prefer to face an opponent with a 14" inch reach advantage than a guy with a 1" reach advantage? All other things being equal?

I understand being asked this question again is upsetting for you, but it IS the question i'm asking you. That's what I want to know.

    Are you ****ing dumb?
I think you are ****ing dumb, because I've already said it two times.

Here's a third time for your stupid ass:
If you are an INSIDE/SWARMING FIGHTER, and you can impose an inside fight, the better it is for your opponent to have longer reach.

Is that really that hard to understand you moron?
Aren't you the one constantly chastising people for their reading comprehension and calling them names?
    Hypocritical dumb ass.

Either address the actual point or dead it.
I can only entertain a broken record player for so long.
