Vlad was studying some Joe Frazier clips before the fight,ha ha the guy has a great offensive arsenal. I got to give Pulev credit, he took a shot at going right in and trying to land something and he landed a few in the 5th to the head and body but it got Vlad angry. Pulev has incredible recuperative ability and credit to his courage but the last hook finished him off. Vlad see's the openings and his hook has emerged ATG in his last few fights He has excellent 1 punch power Vlad can retire right now and be in excellent standing and looks strong at 38 yrs old and 66 fights 63-3 but each fight right now is serous -Winner of Wilder- Stilvene B and Wilder then Fury-Chisora - Jennings-winner then who? The guy has gotten better with age and experience 3 more fights and they could be his best
Vitali was number one for years. As such Wlad's opportunities to face the number one contender were very limited.
a few things I noticed, Vlad kept his arms extended in defense a few times (Jack Johnsonish) and he blocked a few shots this way. Also in his last few fights he saw the opening for the hook but the right hand he threw in the 4th was a rocket. Pulev took away the jab but I think he wished he left it I did not expect Pulev to come out so fast and did not expect Vlad to go for the KO so early Pulev is tough and should be back Briggs should fight a top 100 opponent before he looks to fight Vlad but maybe he get Pulev next or start with a top 50 guy, he took a battering from Vitali, I thought he would die in the ring
