Classic fighter's opinions on today's fighters?

    the Best would be FRINGE CONTENDERS and Journeymen during the Golden Age - mid 1930s to the late 1950s...

    the rest, clubfighters and the "in appropriate" tomatoe cans!!!

    If there has ever been "HOF" lightheavy I have always ranked Jones higher than at lightheavy , then it has to be Bob Foster.

    Well,Foster's accomplishments are grossly overrated.A truly **** poor era for the Light Heavyweight division,with only one win on his entire resume over an elite fighter - and anyone who has seen that fight knows of the ridiculous physical advantages Foster had over his opponent.


    Roy Jones didn't fight in a particularly exceptional era,but I've no problem saying the quality of opposition tha he fought and beat at 175 was significantly better than that of what Foster faced.
