I think partly the reason behind it is many here have a flimsy knowledge of these fighters. To be honest, I see threads sometimes I'd like to get involved in, but due to only rudimentary knowledge, I pass.

I'm not too proud to admit that.

I wouldn't worry about it, as it's not a competition. Some people are parcial to posting on certain threads. I could broaden my horizon with other threads, but don't due to motivation.

Ta. It's nice to have a forum where one can be honest about it and not be ridiculed for it.

Which is why I was honest in the first place.

Jack Delaney and Paul Berlenbach certainly fighters that should be discussed more here. I only have a few 'net articles on them myself, but would like to see more on them and others mentioned in this thread.

..........I lay claim to being the one guy that's brought Arroyo up in this forum. A couple times. Not too many takers, sadly. What a fun fighter to watch.

Another Youngstown champion, overshadowed by Mancini and of course lately Pavlik. Good, solid pro.

Dillon for sure, I mean you could easily argue for him been a top five middle-l/h ever, IMO. And the Greek Anto C-something I'm as bad as anyone but he seemed good.
