How anyone can defend someone who blatently threw a headbutt (intentionally) who then got caught short (dirty, but legally) is beyond me. Irrespective of that, floyd looked absolutely fantastic last night, after he sussed things in the 1st he was landing the right hand all night. Tied Ortiz up in knots and nice to see him fight a bonafide young, prime champion. To turn in performances like tonight and against Marquez after long lay offs is different class. I cannot stress enough how we need him and pacman in the ring. Both are in a whole new world to the rest and are as close as unbeatable as you can get otherwise. He did look fantastic, even though its only 4 rounds its 4 rounds of aggresive Mayweather which ive not seen for a while. I hate Mayweather but i fully accept hes the best, maybe 2nd best, boxer on the planet, it was a cheap way to win but if your guna play dirty and throw a headbutt then your guna have to accept a bit of dirt coming back at you. hed done the huggin, i think Mayweather sorta gave the sign that hed done enough huggin and accepting apologies and wanted to get on with it, **** knows what Cortez was doin but thats cuz Cortez is a ****in awful ref. 4 outstanding rounds by Floyd, hes brilliant, dont care about the ending he shouldnt of thrown the headbutt, there was only ever guna be 1 winner regardless.
