We both rated Frazier at #5 I think. Willis over Foreman is highly suspect considering Foreman is one of the few who has a victory over an undefeated fighter on this list.

Jeez my list is awful. Was definitely influenced by nostalgia in regards to Dempsey. Must have been influenced by the strong Liston apologist to have ever ranked him that high. No Lewis but Liston is just wrong.

Mainly because I consider Holy a top 10'er, and he beat Mike's arse as a big underdog as well as some other really solid ones as well.

Tyson wasn't personally in my Top 10, and I was surprised he wound up there, but I never for a second thought it was unfair or considered him undeserving.

I always viewed him as a borderline top 10 guy, and found it interesting that he finished there.

With no specific criteria set, I can certainly see various arguments that point in his favor.

So I had no real issue with him.

The only one that jumped to mind as something I wasn't so sure of was Pac being in the top 10 at 26. I thought that was a stretch, and my thinking was people had him fresh on the mind and were a little infected with Pac-Man fever (as I believe that poll was taking place over a range that included Pac-Cotto).

Even still, across the board, I thought the Classic Forum did an outstanding job and I think the final results are solid.

    Well, I'm biased man.

I think after Ali and Louis, things become heavily debatable and subjective and it's very dependent on what you place value on. The top ten aren't all there for excelling in the exact same ways and reasons. Outside of Ali/Louis/Holmes, Mike ran through about as many rated heavyweights as just about anyone else and was particularly dominant doing it. Holyfield has the H2H wins and better resume, Tyson was the more dominant fighter at his best and had a superior title reign. I rate Mike anywhere from 7th at best to 10th. There's just too much talent and ability staring me in the face to be satisfied keeping him out.

Agreed. I think the list, all in all is very good. I was expecting a lot more old timers like Walcott or Tunney in there (which I wouldn't have agreed with)

Good to see the modern heavies get their due :good

Cool! Glad to see people still showing interests in the results. Seems like it took forever to finally get all of those down.

I feel Tyson belongs in the top 10, but I agree Holyfield should be above him. Dempsey has no case to outrank either one as I see it.
