    The format of this is like the famous radio show Desert Island Discs.

    You are going to be stranded on a desert island, and you have a solar powered DVD player.

    You can choose any eight filmed fights to take with you.

    In addition you get one boxing book, and one piece of boxing memorabilia.

    Give me your choices.

    Greb vs Tunney (Hey i can dream)
    Ali vs Spinks 1 (Watched it just after joining my new unit, as a wet behind ears just out of recruit basic training sprog, excellent memories.)
    Hagler vs Hearns (Reason obvious)
    Clay vs Liston (Ali a permanent part of my growing up years)
    Hatton vs Tszyu (Saw the fight live, what a atmosphere and the "Bruno Bruno" cheer that rang around the arena when Frank was introduced)
    Gans vs Nelson (longest fight under Queensberry rules, 42 rounds, so long lasting entertainment on my deserted isle)
    Holmes vs Cooney (The anticipation in fight build up grabbed my attention, there were racial overtones used to build the fight, that today would be frowned upon "The Great White Hope).
    Ali vs Frazier (F.O.T.C)

    Book: Superfists The Story of the World Heavyweight Champions. (That book was the start of my interest in boxing history)

    Memorabilia: The Gold medal Cassius Clay won at the 1960 Olympics, whether he lost it or deposited it in the Ohio river, which ever story you believe, that would be my memorabilia wish to own the original.
