"He likes to lay on ropes and let you punch yourself out," said Maccarinelli. "That would be a bad idea against me." Reported onThursday, 5 March 2009 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/boxing/7925000.stm
Or he could carry it on and enter one of those Channel 5ive strongman competions which seem to be always on every other day:yep
What concerns me most in the above clip is what exactly Macca was trying to do with the right before he got clocked.
At that stage the guy was dog tired. The residual effects of being hurt from the 3rd were still with him and he's legs were gone.
I think it was more that he was completely ****ed/knackered,you could see that at the end of the previous round and he looked dog tired as he came out for the last. He'll not come back from this, atleast not at world level.
Enzo's career at a world level is done. If he finds himself a new trainer, a decent strength coach and goes along the EBU/EU route he may go places. But he cant use Warrens approach if he wants to be successful in this sport. Shame as the kid likes to fight.
just before that punch landed,i said its a good job this fellow aint got a knock out punch. whoops:rofl i personally thought enzo looked terrible all through the fight.real bad:hey
being hit that clean would have taken out 90% of people to be honest - that overhand was a monster! just look at the backlift!
