Donaire prefers pressure fighters to boxers if anything.

Anyways, is it even controversial even more to suggest that Mijares could/would beat Galaxy? I've convinced myself that ifs almost a formality now.:yep

Anselmo "Sweet Pea" Moreno would probably dispatch Carlos Zarate inside 6.

I think Mijares had an off night against Vic, you're convinced it's Vics awkward style that ****ed him over.

If that's the case, Khaosai would replicate that as well IMO, although Mijares could well cause the Thais plodding feet and slow hands the same problems Kongtanoree did, with a more potent offence to catch the judges eyes.

    A true 50-50 IMO.

Well, not just the style. The fact that Diamanté was an arrogant gobshitè has to be taken into account also. He was EXTREMELY full of himself around that time, and it obviously screwed him over seein as he decided to take a stuck in quicksand approach by standing his ground and trading.

I think it's just that to be honest. On song, Mijares does a better job than that Latin fella did at the weekend.

Oh, definitely, Mijares is streets ahead of Moreno.

To he honest I have wavered on my outlook of the Crabchinyan fight, perhaps I was exaggerating when I described him as a "stylistic kryptonite" for Mijares, though I still believe him to have one of the most uncomfortable styles for him. That version of Viktor had some savvy about him, not like the one of recent years. His awkward brand of southpaw swarming would always be something that Cristian would find less than pleasurable, though looking back I could envisage him winning if he fought intelligently, as he's done for almost all of his fights.

I think Vic was on it that night, he was extremely sharp and also dimensions suited him in terms of Mijares being a taller foe. Plus since then i've felt Vic has thrown away speed and just loaded up. That night he was awkward and fought a smart fight and knocked Mijares out of his stride. Cristian didn't seem sharp and i think struggled to adapt to the crab style as you lads call it.

Vic was a swinger beforehand, and a swinger afterwards.

He put it all together for the Mijares fight, and coupled with Mijares having a bad night it made for an incredible performance. He'd looked devastating against Kirilov as well, but I expected him to wipe the floor with Arce but he came in with another uneducated performance.

135lb Boza beats JMM IMO. Even as hittable as he was (and as adept as Marquez is against southpaws) he had his legs at the weight and I reckon he'd take enough rounds with his jab and length. Might well score a knockdown with the straight left down the pipe as well. Marquez would have his moments, and buzz Boza a few times, but I reckon the Ugandan, who had a great 15 round engine, would do enough to earn a decision win.

Agree Flea, he was sharp with his shots that night, the next fight against Arce he was loading up again. 2 steps forward with Vic then one back but i think Mijares just met a guy who always had a defining night in him and that was Vic's best display for me.

I struggle to think how ridiculous Ayub Kalule would make Terry Norris look.

Benn ko hearns at mw or smw..... Hearns underestimates benn and ends up on his back around the midpoint....

Haye v Lewis....if haye fights the aggressive fight he MUST have in him, could cause huge upset and ko big len over that lazy low left....

If you're working on the basis that Lewis has a shaky chin then you're well off.
