The end of Ring of Fire where Emile Griffith meets Paret's son. Pretty moving stuff there.

Floyd had many fine wins after his trilogy with Ingo I wouldnt call him shot after their series, though the Swede certainly declined.

Jim Jeffries losing to Jack Johnson was pretty sad. Ive never really teared up or got a lump in my throat, but that was sad.

Larry Holmes still swinging back at Tyson after he was hit after the bell, then getting up after the knock downs, and the look of disapointment when Cortez stopped it.

Also Holmes-Spinks II was pretty sad when the decision was announced and the look of a mixture between sadness and pure hatred crossed over Holmes's face.

Watching Hearns get pounded by Grant was sad too.

    He's got Alzheimers.
He was a commentator in the '90s for Canal + and Tv1000, he did commentate loads of fights, so I wouldn't say he lost the plot, but nowadays I've heard he's in bad shape, mostly listening to his jazz music.
Ingemar invited Floyd to run Stockholm Marathon twice.. Floyd won both times :D. Ingemar was stubborn, he would die rather than not finish the races.

being a nine year old kid and seeing my hero and the bloke who got me interested in the sport nigel benn quit on his stool against steve collins. the only thing that's ever made me feel so crestfallen was being in paris and seeing arsenal go down to barcelona in the champions league final.

    bawled after both of them.
